Article text
يستثنى من تطبيق أحكام هذا الفصل تملك غير الأردنيين
والأشخاص الحكميين عقارات مشمولة بأحكام قانون
تطوير وادي الأردن، وقانون منطقة العقبة الاقتصادية
الخاصة، وقانون سلطة إقليم البترا التنموي السياحي وقانون
البيئة الاستثمارية ، وأي عقارات واقعة ضمن حدود أي منطقة يقرر
قانون إنشائها استثناء تملك العقارات الواقعة ضمن
منطقتها من تطبيق أحكام هذا الفصل.
