أ يجوز للمالك أن يبيع عقاره إلى آخر لقاء الإعالة، بإعالة -
المشتري البائع أو شخصا آخر يحدده في عقد البيع، طيلة
." المعال " حياة
ب-لا يجوز التصرف في العقار المبيع لقاء الإعالة ولا حجزه
ولا رهنه طيلة حياة المعال.
