للبائع الحق في استرداد العقار المبيع لقاء الإعالة بقرار
من المحكمة ، إذا قصر المعيل، أو ورثته من بعده في حال
وفاته في التزامه بإعالة المُعال وفقاً للشروط المتفق
عليها في عقد البيع.
