على المستملك ان ينشر اعلان استملاك في صحيفتين يوميتين محليتين من الصحف الثلاث
الاوسع انتشاراً يعلن فيه رغبته في الاستملاك والتقدم الى المجلس بعد مرور خمسة عشر يوماً
من تاريخ نشر الإعلان بطلب استملاك العقار الموصوف في الإعلان لمشروع يحقق النفع العام .
