Article text
للمجلس بناء على طلب من المستملك اذا كان من
الحكومة أو البلديات ولأسباب مبررة أن يقرر استعمال
العقار المستملك في مشروع آخر للنفع العام غير
المشروع الذي استملك العقار من أجله، على أن لا يؤثر
ذلك على مقدار التعويض الذي يجب دفعه وعلى أي حق
آخر من حقوق مالك العقار المستملك بما في ذلك حقه
في التعويض عن المساحة المستملكة دون تعويض من
عقاره.
