Article text
أ- يعد استملاكاً بالمعنى المقصود في هذا الفصل، إنشاء أو توسعة أي طريق بمقتضى خريطة
تنظيم أصلية أو تعديلية مكتسبة الدرجة القطعية وفقاً لأحكام قانون تنظيم المدن والقرى
والأبنية .
ب- ترسل نسخة من خريطة التنظيم إلى مدير التسجيل لقيد إشارة على صحائف السجل
( العقاري للعقارات المستملكة بمقتضى الخريطة وفقاً لأحكام المادة 185 ) من هذا القانون.
