تسري على الاستملاك بمقتضى خريطة التنظيم و اجراءاته وتقدير التعويض ودفعه أحكام هذا
الفصل، ويعد تاريخ التصديق النهائي لخريطة التنظيم لهذا الغرض بمثابة نشر لكل من إعلان
الاستملاك وقرار الاستملاك.
