الفصل الثاني
تحديد العقارات ومسحها وتقدير قيمها
أ- تناط بالمدير إدارة أعمال تحديد العقارات ومسحها ،
ويباشرها بنفسه أو بوساطة موظف مفوض منه.
ب- يتم تقدير قيم العقارات من قبل لجان التقدير المشكلة وفقاً لاحكام قانون رسوم تسجيل
الاراضي مع مراعاة خصائص العقار محل التقييم ووفق أسس ومعايير تحدد بمقتضى تعليمات
تصدر لهذه الغاية.
ج- تقاس المسافات بوحدة قياس (المتر) وتعين مساحة
العقار بوحدة قياس (المتر المربع)، ومساحة الأرض بوحدة
قياس (الدونم) الذي يساوي ألف متر مربع.
