Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
للمدير أو من يفوضه ، أن يدخل أي عقار، برفقة من يحتاج
من مساعدين وما يلزمه من أجهزة ومعدات ومواد، للقيام
بأعمال التحديد أو المسح أو تقدير القيمة وما يتعلق بها،
وأن يثبت فيه أي علامات تحديد أو مساحة من حجارة أو
نصب أو أعمدة، كما له أن يحفر فيه بالقدر اللازم لتثبيت
تلك العلامات.
