لا توقف الدعاوى العينية بشأن العقار المستملك، بما في
ذلك دعاوى الفسخ والاسترداد، إجراءات استملاك العقار
كما لا تؤثر في نتائجه، وينحصر حق المحكوم لهم في
تلك الدعاوى تجاه المستملك في التعويض المقرر عن
الاستملاك إن كان له مقتضى.
