أ تستوفى ضريبة التحسين من مالكي العقارات على -
( 4 ) أربعة أقساط متساوية خلال ( 4 ) أربع سنوات من تاريخ
. قرار المجلس البلدي بفرضها
ب- تفصل المحكمة في أي خلافات تقع بشأن ضريبة
التحسين.
