Article text
أ- تنشر في الجريدة الرسمية وفي الصحف على نفقة المستملك، قرارات المجلس التي يتخذها
بشأن الاستملاك، وتبديل المشروع، والحيازة الفورية، والتخلي عن الاستملاك، وأي قرارات أخرى
بشأن الاستملاك يقرر المجلس نشرها بهذه الطريقة .
ب- تنشر في الصحف، وعلى نفقة المستملك، الإعلانات الصادرة عن المستملك بالاستملاك،
وبالتفاوض.
ج- تنشر على موقع الدائرة الإلكتروني وفي صحيفتين يوميتين محليتين من الصحف الثلاث
الأوسع انتشارًا الإعلانات الصادرة عن المستملك بإيداع التعويض عن الاستملاك، وبفرض ضريبة
التحسين وأي إعلانات أخرى يقرر المستملك نشرها بشأن الاستملاك.
