الفصل العاشر
أحكام ختامية
تقدر قيم العقارات للأغراض الواردة في هذا القانون أو في
أي تشريع آخر، قضائية كانت أم غير قضائية، وتحدد
الأحكام الخاصة بتقدير تلك القيم تبعاً لمشتملات تعريف
العقار الوارد في هذا القانون، بما في ذلك الطرق
والأساليب الواجب اتباعها عند القيام بأعمال تقدير قيم
العقارات والأسس والعوامل الواجب مراعاتها فيها
والأشخاص المصرح لهم بمزاولة هذه الأعمال ومواصفات
تقارير تقدير القيم العقارية بمقتضى نظام يصدر لهذه
الغاية.
