Article text
على المحاكم عند تسجيل أي دعوى لديها بشأن أي عقار،
أن تطلب خطياً من مدير التسجيل وضع إشارة بوجود
الدعوى وبموضوعها في السجل العقاري للعقار موضوع
الدعوى وعلى مدير التسجيل عند تسلمه ذلك الطلب أن
يضع هذه الإشارة وأن يعلم ذوي العلاقة بوجودها عند
طلب إجراء أي معاملة تسجيل على هذا العقار.
