Article text
أ- تحصل الرسوم و الضرائب والغرامات و النفقات المفروضة بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون وفقاً
لأحكام قانون تحصيل الأموال العامة.
ب- يصدر المدير التعليمات اللازمة لتنظيم وسائل دفع الثمن في المعاملات العقارية، على أن
تتضمن التعليمات ما يلي حداً أدنى:-
1 - تحديد الحد الأعلى لقيمة بدل البيع المتفق عليه الذي يجوز دفعه نقدًا لصاحب العلاقة لكل
. معاملة
2 ( - تحديد وسائل الدفع للمبالغ التي تتجاوز الحد الأعلى المنصوص عليه في البند 1 ) من هذه
الفقرة، بما في ذلك الشيك المصدق الصادر عن أحد البنوك المرخصة في المملكة، أو وسائل
الدفع الإلكترونية المقبولة في المملكة.
3 - نطاق وأحكام الاستثناءات من تطبيق أحكام هذه الفقرة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
