للمدير او من يفوضه في التحقيقات التي يجريها بشأن
أعمال التحديد أو المسح أو تقدير القيمة أن يُحلف اليمين
وله أن يتخذ ما يراه مناسباً من إجراءات لدعوة الأشخاص
للمثول أمامه أو لإبراز أي مستندات أو أوراق لديهم ذات صلة
بتلك الأعمال.
