Article text
لا يحق لأي شخص لحقت به أضرار من جراء القيام بأعمال
التحديد أو المسح أو تقدير القيمة أن يطلب تعويضاً عنها،
وللمدير إذا ثبت له تعذر الانتفاع بعقار لوجود علامة تحديد
من الصحف الثلاث الاوسع انتشاراً
أو مسح فيه، أن يأمر بتغيير موضع العلامة بناء على طلب
خطي مقدم من مالك العقار مشفوع بما يثبت تعذر
انتفاعه بعقاره.
