يعد نافذاً التصرف الجاري بسند على عقار واقع في منطقة
لم تعلن التسوية فيها أو مستثناة من التسوية إذا مرت
على التصرف فيه تصرفاً فعلياً مدة ( 15 ) خمس عشرة سنة
من تاريخ التصرف.
