للمدير إصدار أمر استثناء من التسوية لأي عقارات أو مياه
إذا رأى أن المصلحة تقتضي ذلك، وتسري على العقارات
والمياه المستثناة من التسوية الأحكام التي تسري على
العقارات والمياه التي لم يتم شمولها في إعلان
التسوية، وتنظر المحاكم في أي نزاعات تطرأ بشأنها.
