Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
تسجل باسم الخزينة:-
أ - أي حقوق في عقارات تثبت الحكومة أنها عائدة لها ، و
أي حقوق في عقارات لم يدع أحد بها أو لم تثبت لأي من
المدعين بها.
ب - العقارات المتروكة والمستعملة منذ القدم لمنفعة
أهالي قرية أو عشيرة منها، وذلك بالنيابة عمن لهم
منفعة فيها .
ج- أي حقوق في مياه تثبت الحكومة أنها عائدة لها، و أي
حقوق في مياه لم يدع بها أحد أو لم تثبت لأي من
المدعين بها سواء أكان أي من هذه الحقوق مخصصاً
لعقار من عقارات الخزينة أم غير مخصص له .
