للمدير أو مأمور التسوية أن يرسم على الخريطة حداً جديداً
يفصل بين الأحواض أو بين العقارات الواقعة في منطقة
التسوية عوضاً عن الحد القديم الفاصل بينها إذا رأى أنه
معوج، كما له أن يسوي ويرسم أي حد على النحو الذي يراه
مناسباً لطبيعة العقار وتضاريسه بقصد تحسين الأعمال
فيه، وذلك إما بمبادلته بعقار مساو له في القيمة أو
بإعطاء تعويض عادل لمالك العقار المتضرر يقدر وفقاً
لأحكام تقدير التعويض المنصوص عليه في هذا الفصل،
ويكون قراره بهذا الشأن قطعياً.
