Article text
أ يقدم اعتراض مستقل بشأن كل حق معترض عليه، -
وفي حال شمل الاعتراض أكثر من حق مدرج في جدول
الحقوق تستوفى الرسوم القانونية عن كل حق معترض
. عليه بصورة مستقلة عن كل قطعة
ب- للشريك في عقار مدعى بملكيته على الشيوع أن
يقدم اعتراضا على جدول الحقوق دون غيره من الشركاء
فيه، كما يقبل الاعتراض من الغير على حقه دون حقوق
غيره من الشركاء في العقار.
