Article text
أ- ينظم المدير جدولا يسمى (جدول التسجيل) يتضمن
الحقوق الواردة في جدول الحقوق النهائي وفقا لما
ستدرج عليه في سجلات الدائرة، ويودعه لدى مديرية
التسجيل بمقتضى تعليمات يصدرها لهذه الغاية .
ب- يفتح سجل عقاري للقرية الواردة في جدول التسجيل
لدى مديرية التسجيل تسجل فيه حقوق العقارات، كما
يفتح سجل للمياه تسجل فيه حقوق المياه المدرجة في
جدول التسجيل، وتصدر سندات تسجيل لتلك الحقوق بعد
استيفاء رسوم التسوية المستحقة على أصحابها.
