أ يصدق رئيس المحكمة أو من ينيبه جدول الحقوق الذي -
لم ترد عليه أي اعتراضات كما يصدق القسم غير
المعترض عليه من جدول الحقوق ويعيده للمدير و يرسل
القسم المعترض عليه من الجدول إلى المحكمة للنظر
. والبت في الاعتراضات
ب- يسمى جدول الحقوق المصدق وفق احكام هذه
المادة (جدول الحقوق النهائي) .
