Article text
أ- لا يجوز التنازل عن حقوق المياه أو أي حصة منها بمعزل عن العقار المخصصة له، كما لا يسمح
لأي عقار أن ينتفع بمياه مخصصة لغيره من العقارات، إلا بإذن مسبق من المدير بناء على طلب
خطي مقدم من ذوي العلاقة، على أن يسجل ذلك التنازل أو الانتفاع في سجل المياه لدى
مديرية التسجيل .
ب- يسجل أي تغيير يطرأ على حقوق المياه من وقت لآخر في سجل المياه لدى مديرية التسجيل
تبعاً لأي تغيير يطرأ على العقار المخصصة له، كانتقالها للورثة أو قسمتها بين الشركاء أو
استملاكها.
