لا تكون التصرفات أو العقود أو أي معاملات تجري على
العقارات أو المياه صحيحة في المناطق التي تمت
التسوية فيها إلا إذا سجلت لدى مديرية التسجيل، ويعد
باطلاً كل تصرف أو عقد أو معاملة أجري خلافاً لذلك.
