Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
للمحكمة أن تقرر إرجاء البت في أي دعوى بشأن عقار يقع
في منطقة غير مشمولة بأعمال التسوية أو مستثناة منها
إلى حين إعلان التسوية فيها، إذا رأت في ذلك تحقيقا
للعدالة، وثبت لها بكتاب صادر عن المدير بأنه سيتم
الإعلان عن التسوية في المنطقة التي يقع العقار
موضوع الدعوى فيها ، وعليها أن ترجع عن قرارها وتنظر
الدعوى وتبت فيها حسب الأصول إذا ثبت لها تعذر إعلان
التسوية .
