Article text
أ- لطالب التسجيل أو لأي من المعترضين على الطلب
إقامة دعوى لدى المحكمة خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ
تبلغه القرار.
ب- للمحكمة تصديق قرار لجنة تسجيل العقارات التي لم
يسبق تسجيلها أو فسخه حسب وقائع الدعوى وبيناتها .
