أ على مدير التسجيل بعد مرور ( 45 ) -
العقارات التي لم يسبق تسجيلها إلى أصحاب العلاقة إتمام اجراءات معاملة تسجيل العقار
باسم طالب التسجيل وفق قرار اللجنة ما لم يرد الى مديرية التسجيل خلال هذه المدة إشعار من
. المحكمة بوقف السير بهذه المعاملة
ب- يلتزم مدير التسجيل بتنفيذ مضمون قرار المحكمة بعد اكتسابه الدرجة القطعية.
