Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
يعد السند الصادر عن مديرية التسجيل بحق التصرف باسم
طالبه وثيقة غير قابلة للطعن امام المحاكم من أي
معترض على هذا التسجيل، على أنه يحق للمتضرر ناقص
الأهلية أو فاقدها أو الغائب أو المفقود إقامة دعوى لدى
المحكمة على من سجل العقار باسمه خلال المدد الواردة
في الفقرة ( ب) من المادة ( 50 ) من هذا القانون، أو على أي
من أصوله أو فروعه أو زوجه في حال انتقلت ملكية العقار
إلى أي منهم بأي صورة من الصور، وإذا انتقلت إلى
غيرهم تطبق أحكام المادة ( 13 ) من هذا القانون.
