أ للجنة تسجيل العقارات التي لم يسبق تسجيلها، أثناء -
النظر في طلب التسجيل أن ترجئ البت فيه إلى حين
إعلان التسوية في المنطقة التي يقع العقار المطلوب
. تسجيله ضمن نطاقها إذا رأت أن في ذلك تحقيقا للعدالة
ب - للجنة التي أرجأت البت في معاملة تسجيل العقار أن
ترجع عن قرارها وأن تستأنف البت في الطلب إذا تبين لها
بكتاب من المدير عدم وجود نية لدى الدائرة بإعلان
التسوية في المنطقة التي يقع العقار المطلوب تسجيله
ضمن نطاقها.
