ترد ضريبة بيع العقار التي تم استيفاؤها وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون إلى دافعيها عن المعاملات
التي لم تكتمل إجراءاتها بعد خصم قيمة الكلفة الإدارية للمعاملة وفقا لنظام الكلف الإدارية
( للخـدمـات المقدمة من دائرة الأراضي والمساحة رقم 147 ) لسنة 2019 .
