أ- تحدد مكافآت رئيس اللجنة وأعضائها وكاتب جلساتها وبدل أتعاب الخبراء بقرار من الوزير بناء
على تنسيب المدير .
ب- تصرف مكافآت رئيس اللجنة وأعضائها وكاتب جلساتها من الخزينة العامة ولا تعتبر من
نفقات إزالة الشيوع .
