يجوز بموافقة الأمين العام بناء على تنسيب المدير المعني منح الموظف المكلف بالعمل
الإضـافي إجازة إدارية يوما واحدا عن كل خمس ساعات عمل إضافي حداً أعلى عشرة أيام في
( السنة بدلاً من منحه بدل العمل الإضافي المالي المشار إليه في الفقرة )أ( من المادة 8 ) من
هذه التعليمات أو بناء على رغبة الموظف، وفي حال كان الموظف المكلف بالعمل الإضافي
من موظفي الإدارة الوسطى يكون الأمين العام صاحــب الصلاحية بالمنح.
