تنفذ العقوبات المانعة للحرية التي تقضي بها المحاكم العسكرية في مراكز الاصلاح
العسكرية اما اذا جرد المحكوم عليه
من صفته العسكرية او كان مدنياً فتنفذ بحقه العقوبة في مراكز الاصلاح المدنية.
