أ- -: يعتبر من الضابطة العدلية كل ضمن اختصاصه الوظيفي
1 - ضباط وافراد الشرطة العسكرية والأمن العسكري وقوات حرس الحدود والقوة البحرية وأمن
. وحماية المطارات وحرس الطائرات
2 - هيئات التحقيق المشكلة وفقا لأحكام قانون تشكيل المحاكم العسكرية.
3 - . ضباط وافراد الأمن العام
4 - . ضباط وافراد المخابرات العامة
ب- يعتبر من الضابطة العدلية قادة الوحدات والتشكيلات العسكرية وقادة المواقع والمفارز
كل فيما يتعلق بمرؤوسيهم في الجرائم التي يرتكبونها في وحداتهم وتشكيلاتهم
