Article text
أ- يتولى المدعي العام العسكري التحقيق في القضايا التي يكون فيها أي من المشتكى
عليهم من العسكريين ويكون له في هذه
الحالة حق استجواب غير العسكريين.
ب- اذا تبين للمدعي العام العسكري انه غير مختص في متابعة الدعوى يتخذ قرارا برفعها الى
النائب العام العسكري لاتخاذ
القرار المناسب بشأنها.
