ان الموظف المكلف بانفاذ مذكرة التوقيف يستصحب معه من القوة المسلحة الموجودة في
أقرب موقع من محل
انفاذ المذكرة ما يكفي للقبض على المشتكى عليه وسوقه وعلى قائد هذا الموقع استجابة
الطلب حسبما هو مسطر
فيها.
