يصدر النائب العام قرارا واحدا في الجرائم المتلازمة المستفادة من الاوراق المعروضة عليه فاذا
كان بعضها من
نوع الجناية والبعض الآخر من نوع الجنحة تحال القضية برمتها الى المحكمة المختصة للنظر بها
سوية.
