1 -لا يجوز للقاضي أن يعتمد إلا البينات التي قدمت أثناء المحاكمة وتناقش فيها الخصوم بصورة

2 - يجوز الاعتماد على اقوال متهم ضد متهم اخر اذا وجدت قرينه اخرى تؤيدها ويحق للمتهم الاخر
