تسمع شهادة أي من أصول المتهم أو الظنين أو فروعه أو زوجه ولو بعد انقضاء الرابطة الزوجية
إلا أنه يجوز لهم
الامتناع عن أداء الشهادة ضده أو ضد شركائه في اتهام واحد.
