Article text
1 -تختص النيابة العامة باقامة دعوى الحق العام ومباشرتها ولا تقام من غيرها الا في الاحوال
. المبينة في القانون
2 -وتجبر النيابة العامة على اقامتها اذا أقام المتضرر نفسه مدعيا شخصيا وفاقا للشروط المعينة
. في القانون
3 - ولا يجوز تركها أو وقفها أو تعطيل سيرها الا في الاحوال المبينة في القانون.
