1 - يتمتع رئيس محكمة الجنايات بسلطة يكون له بمقتضاها الحق في أن يتخذ من تلقاء نفسه
جميع التدابير التي
يراها مؤدية لتأمين العدالة.
2 - ويكل القانون الى ضميره وشرفه بذل غاية جهده في سبيل هذا الامر.
