اذا صدر بحق مرتكبي الجرم الواحد أو بعضهم قرارات اتهام مستقلة فللمحكمة أن تقرر توحيد
الدعاوى المتعلقة بهم اما من تلقاء نفسها واما بناء على طلب ممثل النيابة أو الدفاع .
