تنظر المحكمة البدائية بصفتها الاستئنافية في القضايا الجزائية التي من اختصاصها النظر فيها
استئنافا بمقتضى
أحكام قانون محاكم الصلح أو بمقتضى أي قانون آخر تدقيقا الا اذا أمرت بخلاف ذلك أو اذا طلب
أحد الفريقين
أن تجري المحاكمة مرافعة ووافقت المحكمة على ذلك ويكون حكمها قطعيا.
