1 -يحرر الاخبار صاحبه أو وكيله أو المدعي العام اذا طلب اليه ذلك ويوقع كل صفحة من الاخبار

2 -اذا كان المخبر أو وكيله لا يعرف كتابه امضائه فيستعاض عن امضائه ببصمة أصبعه واذا تمنع
