Article text
1 - كل موظف رسمي أو شخص عادي أودع ورقة ادعى تزويرها مجبر، تحت طائلة العقاب، على
تسليمها اذا كلف
ذلك بقرار من المحكمة أو المدعي العام مفصل الاسباب.
2 - يبرىء القرار ومحضر التسليم ذمة الشخص المودعة لديه الورقة تجاه ذوي العلاقة بها.
