1 - متى لزم جلب سند رسمي ترك للشخص المودع لديه صورة عنه مطابقة له يصدقها رئيس
المحكمة التابع له
هذا الشخص ويشرح الكيفية في ذيلها.
2 - واذا كانت الورقة مودعة لدى موظف رسمي تقوم النسخة المصدقة المعطاة له مقام
الاصل الى حين استرجاعه
ويمكن هذا الموظف أن يعطي نسخا عن الصورة المصدقة مع الشرح المذيلة به.
3 - أما اذا كان السند المطلوب مدرجا في سجل ولا يمكن نزعه منه يجوز للمحكمة أن تقرر جلب
السجل لديها
وأن تصرف النظر عن المعاملة المبينة آنفا.
