الباب الثالث
ما يتلف أو يسرق من أوراق الدعاوى والاحكام الصادرة فيها
اذا فقدت اصول الاحكام الصادرة في دعاوى الجناية أو الجنحة أو الاوراق المتعلقة بتحقيقات أو
محاكمات لم
تقترن بنتيجة بعد أو اذا اتلفت بالحريق أو السيل أو بأسباب غير عادية أو سرقت وتعذر اعادة
تنظيمها تطبق القواعد
