Article text
1 - اذا فقد أصل الحكم ولم يعثر على صورة مصدقة عنه وانما عثر على قرار الظن أو الاتهام
. فيصار الى اجراء المحاكمة واصدار حكم جديد
2 - وان لم يكن ثمة قرار ظن أو اتهام أو لم يعثر عليهما فتعاد المعاملات ابتداء من القسم
